Splora’s unlimited call plan is subject to our fair use policy. The fair use policy is to ensure Splora services are not used illegally protecting both Splora and users.

Excessive Usage
Splora considers the following usage excessive and reserves the right to suspend services or terminate calls that exceed these limits:
1000 minutes to International destinations per month
Individual calls cannot exceed 2 hours
High Risk Call Blocking
To protect you from the risk of fraud, Splora services are blocked from making high risk calls to certain international destinations known for fraudulent activity.
